Graphic Design Brief

Map illustration of my company location. Picture 1 is the style I would like it to be. Picture 2 is the location/map of my company (Fyla sports) area and also the most important buildings I would like to have on the illustration circled in red. So I Want my company (fyla sports), mediamarkt, Dierenpension amsterdam, leo polak hospital, and ton de jue bloemenhandel (its not on the map only when you zoom more in google maps, but I have circled it in red at the crossing) on the illustration. Picture 3 and 4 is an example of how my friends did it. But like I said, I prefer the style in picture 1.

This map illustration must be clear for anybody that is looking for my company location. Location is Osdorperweg 505, Amsterdam (netherlands).

Please see the PDF document to illustrate the 5 buildings. The buildings should look like the reality, so please don't just put a random building or house with their name tag. This is very important to find the location, thank you very much.
