Tattoo Design Brief

i'd like to use two wine vines from the same roots (signify my twin brother who recently passed on our birthday 03/21) intertwined with a guitar for my younger brother who passed and an oar (just the oar from the attached) for my older brother - i'd also like to add a few license plates tied in for other significance - we used to get personalized license plates - would also like to see 3 letters for each kid -an a ,b, and a c and a small butterfly but am open to ideas ... from slightly above elbow to shoulder including inside arm ... black and gray shading ... no color
