Logo Design Brief

We need a logo designed for our new training company in Australia. Our services include accredited and non accredited training (both short term and longer term courses) for white collar workers and small business owners. We would like to see designs that include the colour palette below. They need to communicate a professional, modern training provider. Other keywords to describe the brand include pathways, growth, development, knowledge, education.

I'd like a symbol, the logo text below (in sentence case).
I'll need a stacked version, horizontal version, shortened option and I would also like to be able to use the symbol as a standalone element if needed.
