T-shirt Design Brief

I would like too recreate the picture I have of George Washington praying (see picture one) I want him positioned the same way and wearing the same outfit, but I want somewhere on his person to see an AR15.

Off to the side of him I would like the quote, "The thing that sets the American Christian apart from all other people in the world is that he will die on his feet rather before he will live on his knees".

I would like this image to be in vector format with a transparent background.
