We need logo and brand design for a new property start up in Sheffield, UK. Our slogan is 'Enhancing communities through development on the east side of Sheffield'. It is an ambitious start up that will seek to engage in community engagement via property development. We will provide affordable rental accommodation, re-developement of buildings of local heritage (old banks, pubs, libraries) as well as new developments such as flats and apartments. The company will engage in the east side of Sheffield, which is a mixture of post heavy industrial (steel, mining), light industry, council estates and other residential areas (Meersbook, Heeley, Gleadless, Arbourthorpe, Richmond, Manor, Park Hill, Darnall, Attercliffe). We are not primary in property to make money, but to transform local communities and provide well priced quality homes and buildings.

Requirements
Must have
- It needs a stand alone image (that conveys Convey ambition with social conscience) to go alongside the text.
The Logo could just have 'Hero Places'
or it could have 'Hero Places, Investing in Communities'
Nice to have
- Capture something of Sheffield landscape in it.
Should not have
- Should not have military overtones - i.e must not be confused with help for hero's https://www.helpforheroes.org.uk or https://www.homesforheroes.com in the US. So avoid blues and reds that are used in these websites.
