Logo Design Brief

I need a business logo designed for my earthmoving and civil construction company. The business is located at Black Mountain on the Sunshine Coast region of Qld. The business will provide contract project management, earthmoving, civil construction, landscaping and rural property services. I would like the logo to include 2 Black Mountains overlapping in different black tones. I would then like to place in front of the mountains an excavator at one end of the text and a bulldozer at the opposite end. The logo Black Mountain Contracting would overlap all and be prominent in the foreground. I have uploaded an approximation of a basic starting point
