need to create a flyer with the following information:


Commissions Inc. is a CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) that provides leads to agents and a system to communicate and track your leads. Initial training and set up will be provided


Commission splits for leads are as follows: (maybe we can create a chart or box for items 1-3)

1. Cold leads 40% Ikon - 60% Agent - Worked by Agent in the platform, agent shows property, writes contract, handles all negotiations and any necessary addendums, attends home inspection and settlement.

2. Warm leads 50% Ikon - 50% Co-agent - Contacted by ISA, agent shows property, writes contract, handles all negotiations and any necessary addendums, attends home inspection and settlement.

3 Hot leads 70% Ikon - 30% Co-agent - Prequalified by Ikon Realty and ready to look at property, Ikon writes contract and secures broker agency relationship agreements, co-agent shows property, , handles all negotiations (with support from IKON if necessary), execute any necessary addendums, attend home inspection and settlement.

Preferred vendors such as Lender, Title, Insurance, Home Inspector, etc. are to be used for any transactions related to CINC per Ikon Realty.

Agents will receive 10 leads for free to start once New Agent Bootcamp is complete. Warm leads will be available to purchase for $15 each beyond the first 10. Every 5 deals closed, agent commission will increase by 10% annually!!
