Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for a new digital media learning company located in Darien, Connecticut -- 40 miles from NYC. The company name is "Greylock Digital Media." We are a company offering digital training programs for youth and adult learners. Programs range from typical summer programs for students of all ages to more serious courses for college graduates and older adults seeking to develop new skills. We have online courses in news reporting and broadcasting, sports reporting and broadcasting, podcasting, and digital storytelling. We also produce training videos and coach people for on camera work. The logo may or may not incorporate a "mountain" scene, as the company is named for Mt. Greylock, the tallest mountain in Massachusetts. The final design should reflect themes such as global communication, worldwide interconnectedness, purposeful investigation, engaging storytelling, maximizing potential, and making the world a better place.
