CD Cover Design Brief

We are a band with veterans and we are in the process of recording our first album. We had an idea for an album cover that is fairly simplistic, but very meaningful. It is called a battlefield cross. The album cover should be fairly simple, with duality as a theme. The battlefield cross should look similar to the attached picture and the boots should be oriented the same, angling straight out at you. Also attached are two versions of our band logo.

The album name is "Shadow on the Wall"

Requirements

Must have

• Battlefield cross in some form or another. Black and white photo/stylized?. Maybe grainy photo feel. An emphasis on duality. Dark/light. Good/evil.

Nice to have

• Use of shadow to go along with album name and dark/light theme

Should not have

• Dark/heavy metal look. Cartoony style
