Logo Design Brief

This new company is named 'LG Conseil TPE'. It's French, could translate roughly as 'LG Micro-enterprise Consulting' and focus on helping very very small companies (1 to 15 employees) succeeding in their business. At the core, it's being someone they trust as they master they job but do not know how to run a company.
Precisions:
- LG are the initiales of my name but it shall not be the main logo. So no LG in large font with the rest in small font.
- The design should be easy to read (no fancy/intricate design), modern, business oriented.
- Conseil TPE can't be split. You can split LG and Conseil TPE if you want.
- Main color should be either blue or dark blue. Not light blue or green or other. Feel free to use any other color for a touch of 'something'. Even red can be interesting.
- Don't use a 'Financial' font. It should not be like a bank logo. So no 'Times' font or similar.
- No line or box around the logo
