Tattoo Design Brief

Wants half a sleeve on my right arm.
The tattoo will represent my mom's reunion with my Dad in heaven.
I would like the tattoo to portray a set of stairs going up to heaven and my dad's figure to be on top of the stairs receiving my mom.
On top of my Dad I would like to see God
I would like 2 angels around the stairs holding two clocks with the time and date of their death
Also I want a moon
If possible add another figure at the bottom of the stairs portraying that I stayed behind
My idea is similar to the picture I uploaded
I want it to show 3D
