Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new software start up project. We develop web apps that enable a more agile and transparent way to lead and develop people and teams . Our product is called HIIT Check In , which allows simple, transparent, continuous feedback and development sessions similar to the HIIT methodology used in physical exercise - short bursts of focused coaching and feedback to engage and deliver that dopamine hit everyone needs to keep motivated. We would like to use either simple black and white or black and white with just a touch of yellow. We like the minimal hand drawn illustration style and also interested in multiple layers that provide perspective. I've attached a couple of examples that we have liked for guidance for logo and typeface style Bw Gradual and Muli.
