Catalogue Design Brief
PUT YOUR OWN CREATIVE TOUCH ON THIS BOOK!
The Kelemen Company needs a PitchBook/Deck designed, the pitch book will be used to raise money from potential investors for current commercial real estate investments we are offering. We offer equity investments in Office and Industrial properties in the Southern California Market. We would like to have a pitch book that represents our company and an innovative spirit. The design should communicate a clear message of why to place your capital and invest with us. We like a simple and clean look of the book/deck. We expect the deck to be 16-26 pages. We would like to utilize the two attached packages (Waterford Pitch Deck) as layout inspiration, and (Lookbook 2020) as design and layout inspiration.
Supporting Documents:
- Colorways: Kelemen Blue (as seen on our logo) and dark gray/black.
- I have provided an outline of the package with the number of pages, and the theme of each page.
- I have uploaded pictures of our projects we would like featured in the deck
- I have uploaded the Kelemen Logo
- I have provided 3 pitch decks for layout and design inspiration, 2 decks that can be used for design inspiration, and 1 deck we have put together for another part of our business.
- I can provide the text if needed, however, I would like to overall layout done and I can modify the text to fit the package.
