Labor Consultants - This is a new minority owned company targeting businesses that are considering unionizing. The business hires other minority consultants that reflect the workforce of the client. We are looking for a logo that might incorporate the first letters of each word of the business name. We don't want simple stylized letters DWC.

Target Market(s)

Companies that are:
1) Concerned about unionization; who
2) Need to bridge the gap between management and their employees by hiring
3) Consultants, persuaders or both.
Other avenues for introduction may come from lawyers, senior labor relations executives, human resource directors, recruiters, CEO’s, labor management, health care organizations, prior relationships, operations executives, general counsels or investors.

Requirements

Must have

• Earthy warms tones like bronze, goldens, browns, creams etc. Idea is to bring the minority skin colors into the colors of the logo. It must be clever and should invoke strength, stability, empathy and understanding. It must be fully relatable across multiple platforms - website, mobile, social media, etc.

Nice to have

• The logo could also be an emblem.

Should not have

• Cold colors.
