T-shirt Design Brief

Our company, Techne, produces athletic clothing and we are looking for a clean, vintage design featuring a weight plate or kettle bell for use as a logo. We would prefer a design with a limited palette, really gold and black mainly, with red/grey/white accenting. Our company is looking for something with a little grit to it, but not grungy or super hardcore with skulls all over the place. We're focused on the crossfit / weightlifting community.
