Logo Design Brief

i own 2 companies, one is a commercial construction company that specializes in restaurant and bar builds.(sincyrdesigns.com) and another company that specializes in all audio and video electronics, both commercial and residential.(sincyravs.com) i am looking for a logo for each company that are very similar. basically a logo for "sincyr designs" and another for "sincyr avs designs". i have attached what i have now and have been using and im almost ok with it except its not a real vector logo. it could be similar or better than what i already have. i will also be looking for business cards, and van vehicle wrap designs for both after logo is doone.
