Logo Design Brief

We provide tax and accounting services to individuals and small businesses. Due to state regulations and ethics we CANNOT within the name or logo "(B) state or imply the quality of services offered, special expertise, expectation as to outcomes or favorable results, or geographic area of service;". I'm looking for something that is the visual anchor of our brand from business cards, signage and advertising. The design should be conservative (reasonably) since we're accountants.
