Logo Design Brief

I would like a new logo for my company based in New zealand called 'New zealand field services' in short 'NZFS'. My business is a heavy mechanical service. Ideally I would like NZFS to stand out and in smaller writing "NZ Field services" below. I would like to see logos using the colours blue,silver and black with a white or charcoal grey back ground. I would like to see a silver fern incorporated into the design this is a native plant to NZ and a national Icon, possibly with one side of the fern made to look like a gear or cog. I want the logo to look bold and professional
