Logo Design Brief
We are a group of researchers about to embark on a research project studying naturally occuring fatal coronavirus infections in dogs and cats. The project is called MASCOT: Mapping Animal Sucsceptibilty to Coronaviruses: Outcomes and Transcriptomics.
We would like to avoid black/ pink or purple/ green or blue / orange in the logo as we are involved in projects with these colour themes already. The logo should communicate science (genetics or a microscope etc) and pets (dogs / cats) and also potentially something symbolising a virus (although this third part is not absolutely necessary). The logo should look professional and not too complex, so that it can still be used at small scale (e.g. in the corner of slides). It should communicate the research theme of the team without words being necessary.
Target Market(s)
University researchers and funding agencies (science and medicine and veterinary medicine)
