Logo Design Brief

We need a branding logo for a new outerwear clothing brand. We already have a brand "Moke". You can see at www.moke.co.nz.
ARCTIC BY MOKE is a brand under the same umbrella but is a new high quality waterproof down range and will require its own logo design.

We are looking for a black and white modern, clean, minimalistic logo. A logo that has both a logo image and wording that can be used together or separate on their own.

We want to use the logo from image 1 attached but with thinner lines more like Image 2.

We like the word layout in Image 3. ARCTIC being the more dominant word and BY MOKE either underneath or smaller. Would like to see different options and layouts with this concept. Can be in Caps or lower case. Would like to see both options.

Other images attached are just the type of look we like as a guide.

We would like to see options In Squares and Circles etc also would like to see black writing with white backgrounds and also white writing with black backgrounds.

When we choose final design we would like
1. Full branding logo in both white and black
2. just logo picture in both white and black
3. just logo wording in both white and black
4. Transparent logos in both black and white
