Logo Design Brief

I need a logo design for a newly established Louisiana based embroidery business called "Pelican Print." Initially, we will primarily be focusing on custom embroidery on apparel(Hats, T-Shirts, Polos, Etc), but will also offer services to brand promotional items(Koozies, Cups, Magnets, Pens, Etc). I prefer a minimalist and modern design that is creative enough to convey our primary service of apparel embroidery. Ideally, an icon that is some what abstract and uses our company name initials(PP) that can stand alone for branding purposes. Some shade of orange, blue, or green is preferred as the primary logo color but is flexible.

IF THE PELICAN LINE ART COULD INCORPORATE A "P" OR "PP" THAT WOULD BE A PLUS BUT NOT ENTIRELY NECESSARY.
