T-shirt Design Brief

For a T-shirt, we need a parody design of the "Master of Puppets" album cover by Metallica which would become "Master of Push Ups" by Rack & Roll (our company name).
The crosses will be replaced by silhouettes of men doing push-ups.
We want to keep 3 elements: the fonts, the square format of the album and the structure of the image.
Attached: an image of the album cover and a sketch of the project.
