Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new company based in Hawke's Bay New Zealand providing interior design service called Kelly Davis Interiors. We would like it to be fresh, modern and sophisticated - no symbols please, just the wording. A perfect example is Kelly Wearstler Interiors' logo. We don't want a direct copy of this, but it's a good example of a fresh, modern, sophisticated style. Any kind of colour can be included. This is a sister company to Davcon, a building company that had a logo redesign through Designcrowd recently. We don't want the same logo as them, but if they could look good together side-by-side it would be great. Will attach Davcon's logo fyi. Thank you!

Nice to have

• We like playing with the letters like in the kelly wearstler logo where the letters go up high.

Should not have

• No symbols or pictures please, also we really don't like letters that have bits missing. Can the letters be whole please. And no red please. Also we don't want it to look like Davcon's logo, just to sit well when it's next to it. Thank you!
