Graphic Design Brief

we live in a small town being taken over by big mining company's.
we are posting a letter in the local news paper and maybe beyond, about supporting local business.
we would like to hit home with our massage witch will be done in conjunction with our story but would like to add a carton sketch to grab everybody's attention and keep it lite and funny.
Please feel free to play with this but don't deviate to much from the brief, as needs to relate to a pacific story in our local community.
I am seeking a funny or humerus carton sketch.
Black and white not to much detail carton as printed in newspapers
I want to see a town called Cobar (add some Bling or Gold plate it) in the bottom of a open cut Mine with a fork in the road at the bottom of the hill, one road going to Cobar at the bottom of the hill and the other road going to pybar at the top of the hill . on the road i would like to see mining trucks full of money bags. A couple of trucks half way up the hill full of money bags, and a line up of trucks at the bottom of the hill trying to decide to go to pybar or cobar. ( full of money bags)
at the top of hill I would like to see a few crappy old falling down buldings, with a runway along the top of the hill with planes lined up and taking off full of money, maybe dropping a dollar note or two as they fly away.
possibly a truck at the top of the hill or mine dumping waste onto cobar.
