Logo Design Brief

I am a real estate broker and I am looking to design a logo for my company West Coast Real Estate. We are a small local office and our area is pretty exclusive and expensive but not formal, it's very artsy and laid back. Lots of art galleries, wineries, the coast and expensive homes in the area.
Please see my uploaded sample logos. I am looking for something similar but more upscale and appropriate for a real estate brokerage. Thank you!

Requirements

Must have

• We are surrounded by vineyards and are very close to the coast. So I'd like the logo to possibly include some of such elements.
  I would really like my logo to include a black/white silhouette type design. Sort-of like the Nestle logo but more artsy and fancy I think.

Nice to have

• I would like to see the company name and a silhouette design of trees or vineyards or coast maybe? I'm not sure :)
