Logo Design Brief

We are renovating a historic building to be a social events venue (weddings, parties, etc.) in the North Park area of San Diego. The location was originally a Swedish Dance Hall named Vasa Hall. We want the logo to be clean and elegant. I have attached renderings of what the space will look like.
