Logo Design Brief

I have a logo that was designed and l need to have it developed to look live and attractive. The shadow on the existing logo need to be taken out. i would like to maintain all the features on the existing logo, that is the egg, hands, and the birds. "Power of grace care services" should also be noted or "POGCS" I would like to have the design more like disability related them and not aligned to the church theme.
