Logo Design Brief

I am starting a craft spirit brand and want to design a logo that can be used for the label, website, marketing etc. I would like to incorporate the silhouette of a humming bird and either sugarcane or the hummingbird feeding on a flower. I want to contrast gray-scales with something that pops, like a turquoise hummingbird. As for the font, I think an elegant vintage typography would look good but am open minded. Also, the brand name in all lower case (¨Producto de Panamᨠwould still be capitalized, smaller text size and below the image).
