Web Design Brief

I need an experienced front-end developer and/or web designers to help us design three web pages in total:
1) Landing page - where users can generate a link when they input a user generated password
2) File upload page - where users can upload a file from the generated link in step #1
3) File download page - where users can download a file once it has been uploaded

Please note that the users are technical (software developers). So design needs to be minimalistic, but still modern and bold.
