Must have

• Our old logo was boring and forgettable so we're aiming to have something unique and memorable.

Nice to have

• Words to describe us are "Authentic, Transparent, Adaptive". Our values are "transparency, extreme ownership, constant improvement, and collaboration". We are differentiated by our "versatility, youth, approachability and on camera coaching." The attributes we'd like associated with our brand are "fresh, effective, innovative, and professional." We would like the new brand to convey "youthfulness, reliability and professionalism." These are all just suggestions from answers we used in a previous attempt to get a logo design. We are fairly open to any ideas that are even somewhat adjacent to these objectives.

• Colors we would like to avoid are pink, green and orange and we don't want a "hipster" style logo.
