Logo Design Brief

We are commercial kitchen supply company looking to start our new website online and sell off of. It will need a logo. I have a attached a photo below of a logo that the owner likes. We want to keep it light on the black(not to heavy) , our colors are red and white so the logo needs to be red lines with a white background. They like the thinner red lines &the fact that it could be a heart or oven mitts ect. Tying in with the kitchen theme.

They literally want this attached below logo tweaked a bit in order to make it our own.
