Graphic Design Brief

I have a company logo currently. I am wanting to make a t-shirt for sale and just to have for employees. I am looking to get a white border on my logo so that it won't get lost on a black t-shirt. I am open to design ideas. I am a fan of the kindig it design style shirts with the logo on top of some pinstriping. I am open to ideas. I will be putting the logo on the left chest and a full back so the design needs to meet those perimeters. I am not very creative, so I am open to your design cues. Let me know what you think or have any different opinions for me. Thank you
