Logo Design Brief

We are a distributor of Mobile/Cell Phone accessory products, We are developing a new range of innovative products, which we will brand TechSync. We are looking to develop a brand around the products. I'd like the logo to be simple and fairly clean, with some type of tech feel to it. Without looking too expensive, while its not a budget range of product wouldn't call it expensive. With the slogan/or simple memorable phrase of one of the following or something similar (Syncing Technology or Connecting Technology or Bring Technology together) as for colour, needs to look as good in as it does in black and white.
