Logo Design Brief

We have a Data HEART of WV logo (see attached) and need parallel logos for Data HEART of TX and US. I would prefer the Data HEART of TX use the school colors of UTSA (https://www.utsa.edu/ucm/resources/identity/visual-style/colors.html). The Data HEART of the US should use red/white/blue. Like the WV logo, I would like the TX and US logos to use the state/nation outline and integrate a heart.
In this case, HEART stands for Health, Engagement and Research Team.

NOTE: I need a suite of three logos that will complement the existing WV logo. Please submit TX and US logo together; so that I end up with three logos.
