Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a Canadian association, mostly for nurses. Because it's Canadian, we wish to see designs that use the typical color "Canadian red" (does not need to be "all red", but we would like to incorporate it somewhere). We thought of shaping hands (or people shape) of different sizes and colours to form a maple leaf shape (typical of Canada), to communicate diversity and inclusion. We would like our logo to communicate caring and professionalism at the same time.
