T-shirt Design Brief

Looking for a design to put on T-shirts. Not necessarily a logo. Something more relaxed. Something cool and fresh.
We were thinking our Iconic neon sign (attached image) animated to look colorful and fresh.
My vision is that sign, coming out of a Circle with palm trees also coming out. This is just an IDEA please do not follow exactly. Use your own creative minds.

A Little about our image. We are in Santa Monica. Its a Beach City in Los Angeles, CA. Its cool, its chill, the sun always shines, and people frequent this city on weekends for fun filled activities.


UPDATE ... Added some Santa Monica Street Signs. 10th Street & Wilshire Blvd.
Would be interested to see if these street signs can some how be incorporated into the designs. **Please do not change color or font of street signs as they are very unique to Santa Monica. **
