Logo Design Brief

We need a logo design for a new business we are setting up in the UK. The business is called The Loose Leaf and it revolves around floristry. We will sell custom displays and organize workshops on how to create your own bouquet. At some point we will also incorporate teas and cakes. I want the logo to look a bit wild and rambley, instead of just flowery. One idea we had was flicking a leaf off the "F" at the end of "Leaf".
