Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our new bakery food truck. Located in Southern Delaware. We will specialize in breakfast time pastries during the early mornings (croissants, donut holes, danishes). The logo should be exciting and welcoming to all! We want to be the enthusiastic, "doesn't matter if you're perfect" place to be.
Attached I have a photo of the sketch I drew. Please disregard the colors. We would like to see any and all great ideas! Would love to see the concept of wood and steel. Vintage styling is welcome! Would like to keep a circular design, and as close to the font in my sketch as possible.

Logo will be used across multiple platforms, as well as being wrapped on our bakery conversion bus.
