Graphic Design Brief

We are running an English Learning Centre in Hong Kong, our students are 3- 12 years old. We own 3 Mascots so far, but we want to add 2 more, the designs ideally should be in the same style with what we currently have.
1 of them is going to be a young lady, a bit hipster style. Cute looking, suitable for a kid environment.
The 2nd one is going to be a baby. let's say around 1-2 year old, funny, a bit naughty :D
All these new characters should be in one family with the previous ones that we have. Thank you!
