Level 2 Development, a boutique apartment development company based in Washington, DC, is launching a renewable energy venture called Level 2 Renewables. The new company will invest in land for solar development and other forms of sustainable real estate.

The companies will be led by the same personnel, and business values and approach will remain the same. The new logo should reflect a consistent brand with the old logo.

The new logo should be a variant on the Level 2 Development logo, replacing "Development" with "Renewables". Explore using different colors for the "2" or the "Renewables" to differentiate the two brands.

Target Market(s)

Company must be approachable to everyday landowners and community members but also professional enough to interface with capital partners.
