Logo Design Brief

Looking for a logo for my company. We are a sales consulting firm. I will attach a logo a friend made. I want it to look more professional, and have a more corporate look and feel. I do like the black and gold colors, and the incorporation of a black snake. My initials are GG, so the snakes were made to form 2 letter G's, although this is not a must. We mainly serve large fortune 500 clients. so the logo needs to represent a high level of professionalism in an organization my clients can trust.
