Logo Design Brief

We need a new logo for a french bulldog breeder, "Famous Owned Bullies" The owner wants to make a logo of the french bulldog attached and put a GOLD cuban link chain around the neck with a gold bone collar "engraved" with "Famous Owned Bullies"

He wants the logo version of the photo of the dog attached AS CLOSE to the image as possible. In fact, he asked if we could just use the image of the dog attached and add a chain around the neck but I told him it might look weird to use a real photo as a logo.
