Logo Design Brief

I am needing a logo for a new line of cosmetic clays which are in powder form and are applied to the skin as a natural skin care treatment. The brand will be targeted at women in Australia, aged early/mid twenties to late thirties. I have attached two (2) reference logos of which there are aspects I like:
- 'Marcella' Cosmetic Beauty logo:

Please see the brief below:
- 'Down to Earth' written in elegant gold font, (see 'Marcella' logo as an example), but easy to read letters and words
- Background colours to reflect 3 of the clays (green, white/beige, pink), colours are to be natural tones, including the green which would need to be lighter than the 'Marcella' green.
- 'Cosmetic clays' in capitals font below the colour background (see 'Organic Beauty' in 'Marcella' logo).
- A possible addition would be a small picture, like the leaves in the 'Marcella' logo, with the following two options:
- A representation of earth (see attached mountain picture), in either
green, brown or other earthy colour tone; or
- A woman's face (see attached picture). I like this picture but with the
eyes drawn closed.
