Logo Design Brief

I need a logo that's both personal as business-oriented, as I will be the face of the brand. However, for my media presence, I need a logo that can be easily associated with me but still keeps more privacy than using a photo.

It needs to be easily included in both default and dark modes on my website ( http://cmpsoares.com ) as I would like to keep using a similar color palette on it. The current logo used on the website is a public image but can be used as inspiration

The logo should include the company brand CMPSOARES and can have some room for a tagline but the logo itself should be easily reused as a thumbnail or on other merch by being detachable from the text or easily readable in small size.

So what about me, I'm a Software Developer specialized in DevOps practices and Site Reliability Engineering (both focus on the IT infrastructure side of things) working mostly in the IT Consultancy area but I'm also an avid developer in my free time and am planning to publish some apps and article to add a passive income.

Bottom-line the logo represents an engineer and needs to appeal to every techie, geek, and nerd while also be good-looking for my more formal clients.

Both big business as smaller tech enthusiasts.
