Logo Design Brief

We are a fintech startup that connects property developers and investors in the commercial real estate industry.
The design should be modern, smart, easy to read, trustworthy and simple. More on the serious side but not boring.
Preferred colours: Navy, greyish blue, grey and white. (any other similar combination is welcomed)
Fonts can be something similar to montserrat and tenor sans.
We also like logos that have a shape/icon related to the concept or first letter.
