Logo Design Brief

We are looking for a new logo to be made for one of our apartment complexes. It is located in North Augusta, SC and is a very nice property. It is 86 units in total and caters to a nice resident base. I am uploading some designs for other properties we had made to show what we like. A nice simple design is preferred. I am also including the building pictures to get a feel for the property.
