Business Card Design Brief

I would like to have a graphic designer/artist create a high standard, premium business logo and business card design that I can either use to print on my own or have printed through them as well. Also, would be nice if I could customize with new employee names and info afterwards. Also, though I don't have a logo, something that matches the theme here https://macropolicyadvisors.com/ as well as incorporates the letter "M" is what I am currently thinking. Thanks!
