Logo Design Brief

I am a consultant with my own firm - Lucio & Associates, LLC. I've been established for 10 years but no logo, branding or website. I'd like to start with a logo that can be incorporated into website, marketing material, etc. I would be open to a logo that doesn't include the full name. Or a logo that incorporates art or a symbol would be good too. Competitors are Accenture, Deloitte, Slalom, Pioneer Consulting Ideas like - transformation, sophisticated, bold, energy, change, expert, expensive, the best, results. I do organization design, transformation projects and HR consulting. I like purple but am open
