Thanks to all of you who sent initial ideas!
I personally had some problems on the DesignCrowd website to update my Brief. Therefore this additional information:
* more marine blue colour, possible in graduations
* no other colours, like orange or green
* combination of building and house in the logo
* we prefer townhouse, mid-sized or large building (combination), not "small cosy house"
* please keep in mind that logo needs to fit website, and social media
