Tattoo Design Brief

So I want to get a aggressive grim reaper grabbing at the bottom of a sand timer and a medical man on the other side grabbing at the top of the timer. Medical man should also look aggressive as in always fighting with death over time. I’m going to get it on my chest. I have some inspirational pieces to get a better feeling of what I’m looking for. The med man needs to be more bad ass but I’ll post some of the reapers I like.

I have a approx 5” scar vertically through my left clavicle approximately 3” from the end (acromion) and I think I like the idea of the reaper’s sickle somehow cutting into it. I think that means I want the reaper on the right of the drawing.

I do not like the reaper in the stone work picture, that’s just to show what I’m thinking.

The medical guy could have the medical staff but a spear or any other weapon if done cool I’m good with.

Black and white/grey or whatever but no color. I stick to black ink with whatever for shading. Thanks. I look forward to working with you now and on future designs.
